Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all original tags are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
